I love the interface (blades) and the unit itself is reliable and hassle-free. A pretty solid budget Blu-ray player if you ask me.
A couple of things that would make this better:
1) Built-in memory for BD-Live (as it stands now, you need to add USB Memory)
2) Netflix support (HD even).
3) Pandora
4) Other online streaming services
I purchased this one to replace my faulty Samsung that Amazon no longer sells (I assume because of the high failure rate). I am happy with it, and don't miss the Netflix stuff because I already have TiVo that does streaming Netflix.
